Return & Refund Policy

At Ihemesai Collections, we take pride in ensuring that all items are carefully packed and shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help.

📦 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only for items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible:
- The item must be unopened and unused (except for inspection)
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
  - The sealed package before opening  
  - The unboxing process  
  - The visible damage to the item  

⚠️ Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

⏱️ Return Request Timeline
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible

🔄 Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (if item is available), or  
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)

Refunds will be processed using Ziina or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage, return shipping costs will be covered by us
- Instructions will be provided after approval

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind  
- Opened blind boxes or sealed collectibles (unless proven damaged)  
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product itself

- Unboxing video (required)  
- Photos of the damaged item
